These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the nsk8 platform. By registering an account or using any nsk8 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By registering an Account on the nsk8 Platform, accessing any part of the Platform as a guest or registered user, or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account if one has been registered.
2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and nsk8 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, arrangements, or understandings between you and nsk8 relating to the same subject matter.
2.4 nsk8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.
3.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account on or use the nsk8 Platform. nsk8 strictly enforces this age requirement and verifies player age through the KYC process prior to the release of any withdrawal.
3.2 You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming and betting services of the type offered on the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
3.3 Employees, directors, and contractors of nsk8 and its affiliated entities, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in any promotion or wagering activity on the Platform.
3.4 nsk8 reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual at its sole discretion, including where eligibility requirements cannot be verified.
4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the nsk8 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names or contact details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balances held therein.
4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration. nsk8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information provided at any time.
4.3 You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information associated with your Account remains current and accurate. Updates to personal information must be submitted to the nsk8 support team for verification.
4.4 nsk8 may, at its discretion, refuse to open, or suspend or close, an Account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable, or where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party.
5.2 Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. nsk8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
5.3 If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access to your Account has occurred, you must notify nsk8 immediately via the Live Chat support channel. nsk8 will temporarily suspend the Account and initiate an investigation.
5.4 nsk8 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication on their Account. While not mandatory, two-factor authentication significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
6.1 All deposits to the nsk8 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). nsk8 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, and bank transfers from major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank.
6.2 Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. nsk8 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be refunded and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
6.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by individual payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. nsk8 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion.
6.4 nsk8 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose its own fees, for which nsk8 accepts no responsibility.
6.5 Deposits made to the Platform are intended for gaming activity. nsk8 does not operate as a banking institution, and deposited funds earn no interest.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been successfully completed on the Account. Players must provide valid government-issued identification and, where required, proof of payment method ownership.
7.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit. Where this is not technically possible, nsk8 will contact the Player to arrange an alternative method consistent with anti-money laundering requirements.
7.3 Minimum withdrawal amounts and estimated processing times vary by payment method and are published in the nsk8 Payments section accessible from the Account dashboard.
7.4 nsk8 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large, where account activity appears inconsistent, or where fraud indicators are present.
7.5 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money funds that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
8.1 Bonuses and promotional offers made available on the nsk8 Platform are governed by specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. These individual terms, including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying games, wagering requirements, and expiry dates, form part of these Terms and must be satisfied before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
8.2 Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the individual offer) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. Contributions from different game types toward wagering requirements are specified per offer.
8.3 nsk8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at its discretion, including where evidence of abuse, misuse, or exploitation of the offer is identified.
8.4 Only one bonus may be active on an Account at a time, unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
8.5 Bonuses are offered for entertainment purposes. Players are under no obligation to accept any bonus offer, and may decline or opt out of bonus receipt where a mechanism for doing so is provided.
9.1 Each gaming and betting product available on the nsk8 Platform is governed by individual product rules, which are accessible from within each game or betting interface. These product rules form part of these Terms and are binding on all Players.
9.2 nsk8 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed in error, including where incorrect odds or payouts were displayed as a result of a technical malfunction, data error, or human error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.
9.3 Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled except where the relevant product rules expressly provide a cancellation mechanism (such as a Cash Out feature).
9.4 All live casino games on nsk8 are conducted by certified live dealer studios using verified equipment. In the event of a technical interruption to a live casino session, nsk8 will apply the rules published by the relevant studio provider to determine the treatment of affected bets.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nsk8 Platform:
nsk8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, void bets, and withhold Balances pending investigation where any of the above conduct is suspected or confirmed. Confirmed cases of fraud or financial crime will be reported to the relevant authorities.
11.1 nsk8 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. Every Player Account has access to deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the Account settings page and take effect immediately upon application.
11.2 The minimum age to hold an Account on nsk8 is 21 years. nsk8 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances and takes all reasonable steps to prevent it, including through KYC verification and ongoing monitoring of Account activity.
11.3 If you believe you may have a problem with gambling, nsk8 encourages you to make use of the self-exclusion tool available in your Account settings, which will immediately suspend all access to the Platform for a specified period. 12.1 All content on the nsk8 Platform, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, software, game content, and user interface design, is the intellectual property of nsk8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
12.3 Any unauthorised use of nsk8's intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nsk8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any losses arising from technical failures, data errors, or interruptions to service.
13.2 nsk8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
13.3 nsk8's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date of the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit nsk8's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by nsk8's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting the nsk8 Live Chat support team. Any real-money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure, net of any Bonus Funds and pending wagering requirements, will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.
14.2 nsk8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where these Terms have been breached, where required by its licensing authority, or where continued operation of the Account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to nsk8.
14.3 Where an Account is closed by nsk8 for breach of these Terms, nsk8 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending the outcome of an investigation into the relevant conduct.
15.1 nsk8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address or via a notice displayed on the Platform.
15.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the nsk8 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nsk8 holds its international gaming authority licence.
16.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and nsk8, the Player should first contact the nsk8 customer support team via Live Chat to seek an informal resolution. The vast majority of disputes are resolved at this stage, typically within 24 hours.
16.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the Player may escalate the matter to nsk8's licensing authority for formal adjudication. Details of the escalation process are available on the Platform.
16.4 Any formal dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of nsk8's licensing authority. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
